A community pool shared with only a handful of neighbors is steps away, as well as a charming dock for fishing, kayak access (kayaks included), or just taking in the surroundings.
Enjoy a fully redesigned lower level, including a new tiki bar, television, pool table, patio, porch swing and space for corn hole, Kan Jam, throwing a football or other included yard games!
Sunday to Sunday rentals allow you to avoid Saturday traffic and enjoy quiet weekends on the beach! Linens and towels included with all week long rentals, as well!

Within a short walk, you'll enjoy the quiet beach which provides gorgeous views and plenty of space to relax and unwind in an incredibly serene environment. Collect shells on the quiet east end, take advantage of the open space for beach games, head down to the pier in the town square or just relax on the beach. The home is equipped with beach chairs and a beach wagon, as well!
Ocean Isle Beach Town Center Park is within biking distance, featuring a splash pad, playground, bocce ball court and open green space. The local pier provides a peaceful stroll and breathtaking views. Wonderful restaurants on and off the island won't disappoint!
OIB is less than an hour’s drive from Myrtle Beach, SC and Wilmington, NC, allowing for easy air travel or an exciting day trip!
